6. SMS and Mobile-Information Privacy
We use mobile phone numbers and SMS consent information only to provide the reservation-related customer-care and account-notification messages authorized by the customer.
We do not sell, rent, trade, transfer, exchange, or share mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or text-messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information won’t be shared with any third parties.
SMS consent is a direct agreement between the customer and Vacation Customer Care. Consent will not be transferred, assigned, sold, or provided to another business, affiliate, partner, or organization.
The SMS and mobile-information restrictions in this section apply to every information-use and disclosure category described in this Privacy Policy.
7. How We Disclose Other Personal Information
Except for mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, and SMS consent—which are protected as explained above—we may disclose other personal information in the following limited circumstances:
Travel Suppliers
We may provide information necessary to complete requested travel arrangements to cruise lines, hotels, resorts, rental-car companies, tour providers, ticket providers, travel wholesalers, insurance providers, and other travel suppliers selected or authorized as part of the customer’s reservation.
These companies receive only the information reasonably necessary to process or fulfill the requested travel service.
Service Providers
We may use companies that perform services on our behalf, such as:

Mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, and text-messaging consent are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

17. Notice to Vermont Residents
Reliant Travel treats customers with Vermont billing addresses as having requested that their personal information not be disclosed to nonaffiliated third parties except as permitted or required by law or as necessary to complete customer-requested services.
Mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, and SMS consent are not shared with nonaffiliated third parties, affiliates, or joint-marketing partners.
18. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Controls
